I was born in Sacramento California on March 16, 1995. I have been playing sled hockey since it first
began here in 2002. I guess you can say that I am a senior player on the team even though I am one
of the youngest, I am 13.
I have Cerebral Palsy, which makes it difficult for me to participate in traditional sports. I was so excited
to hear about sled hockey and once I hit the ice I was hooked. Some things that I think are special about
it is that it gives me the opportunity to participate in a team sport, a sport that even my able bodied friends
can come out and play with me. The other thing is that I get to travel all over the United States and meet
other kids, just like me, that want the same thing that every kid wants…to play the awesome sport of
hockey!!
I am also involved in disabled water skiing…
I was the Western Regional Wake Crossing Champ in 2006 and 2008 for adult men. I love music,
X-Box, watching all sports and just being a kid. I look forward to a great future in sled hockey,
my ultimate goal is to make the Paralympic team!!
