My name is April Wolfe,
I am a Recreation Therapist for the City of Reno Parks,
Recreation and Community Services Department. I have
been playing Sledge Hockey as an able bodied player for
the past 11 years. I first got involved with Sledge
Hockey in 1997 as a volunteer for the London Blizzards
Sledge Hockey Team in Ontario, Canada.
I moved to the US in 2006 and although there are not as
many arenas in California. I will travel any distance to
keep getting back out on the ice!
